Refund policy
Last updated September 26, 2026
LibreHost doesn’t give refunds or credits. When you cancel, your hosting keeps working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then it stops.
No refunds or credits
Payments aren’t refunded, in full or in part. That includes:
- unused time when you cancel partway through a month, 6 months or a year;
- upgrades and add-ons, including their prorated charges;
- add-ons you turn off, like Automatic backups;
- accounts paused or deleted after a failed payment;
- accounts suspended or closed for breaking our terms of service;
- outages or downtime.
Pick the plan and billing period you need now. You can upgrade at any time; see the terms for how smaller plans work.
Cancelling
Cancel from your account page (Manage billing) or at link.com. Cancelling stops your next renewal. Your websites and email keep working until the end of your paid period; after that your account is paused and, 30 days later, deleted.
Payments through Link
Your purchase is processed by Stripe and sold through Link, which acts as the seller for the transaction. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* LIBRE.WTF.
Link has its own customer support and may, under its own policies, refund a payment within 60 days to resolve a dispute. If a payment is refunded that way, or disputed with your bank, the hosting it paid for ends and your account may be paused.
